I was very dissatisfied with the service that I received at the Powell Sawmill location. The staff seemed very disinterested in selling me a replacement battery for my Honda. Almost like it was an imposition to speak with me about a replacement battery.Once I purchased the battery I was informed that the store employee would install the battery for me in the parking lot free of charge.The store rep (stocky black man) did not engage in any conversation with me as I walked out to the parking lot with him and proceeded to wait with the vehicle as he replaced the battery. When he was done, he simply walked away and didn't even acknowledge to me that the work was complete. NOT a "there you go" or "ok you're all good" or "thank you" or "have a nice day" rather he ignored me and didn't even look at me before he left.I would say the employees at this location need some customer service training.
